MO RINGEY URINAL

	URINAL , 2006, 19" x 13" x 12", Abandoned ’67 Urinal, Tempered Glass, Glass Stains, Sanded Grout, carnivalesque red bulb. Dated 1967 on the bottom, the Urinal has sleek lines and a Cowboy-esque abstract geranium pattern in the glass. Its appearance differs depending on the perspective of the viewer - resembling a spade from the front and a modified bathtub shrine or artificial grotto containing a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the side. It means no sacrilege however and its single red bulb announces nothing, in its starkness.
